Reports from earthquake areas indicate that the government fails to provide aid to the people and hides the real number of deaths due to the earthquake.
People who have been left unattended after the earthquake are experiencing such a difficult condition that, despite the suppression by the security forces and police, continue their protests at the cost of their lives.
In the attachment video clip, a man in the quake-stricken area is protesting against those filming, assuming they are state-run television. Others warn him and that it might cause problems for him, but he says:
“It won’t be any worse. My wife and child would think that I was killed in the earthquake. Would it be more? Look how this gentleman is weeping. Look! Take a film from him. Take film from this poor man! 2 million like him are miserable. You say in your state television that 300 people died, but more than 3,000 died. Where are you, you the dishonest? Where are you who have hidden yourselves? Go make suicide, go and kill yourself. Do not name yourself as president. Come and let me show you the old men and old women who do not have even a tent. Come with me in the car to take you and show you.
