Hashim Mousavi, a spokesman for militias called Nojaba, one of the forces affiliated with Hashd al-Sha'bi, associated with the Iranian regime in Iraq, admitted that their troops act in Syria under the supervision of the Iraqi army and according to the commands of Russian commanders and the Iranian regime. He added: "We sent troops to Syria based on decrees from the religious leaders."
In another part of his remarks, he said: "We already had 1,500 troops in Syria to fight ISIL, but we recently reduced the number of our troops to 500 to alleviate conflicts."
It should be reminded that Nojaba militias are known as a terrorist group by the US Congress.
